Tooley Smith

Archetype: Large caliber arms dealer

Character Contact: Najishi

Physical Description: Fit, blonde, blue-eyed male with a large scar down one side of his face.

Tooley is a gruff, no holds barred fixer that doesn't like talking anything but shop. Born in Belfast Ireland, Tooley emigrated to the UCAS shortly before its transition into the Tir. Although not Ireland, Tooley had a fondness for hunting, and found a spot amongst the wilds of Washington where he attempted to make a life for himself, after that, his history becomes sketchy, and even Tooley doesn't like talking about it. What is known is that after a long stint in an unknown corp's security force, Tooley was quickly recruited by a mercenary organization named "The Red Eyes," where he made his living as the quartermaster for the organization for over 15 years. Shortly after his retirement, Tooley took his weapon expertise into business by selling arms to the merc groups that he had supported for years. Tooley has recently branched out into urban operations, and has become a favorite contact of Shadowrunners looking to find "that piece of Ares hardware that fell of the truck." Even though he has no qualms about selling to the Shadowrunners (who he refers to as "Urban Hooligans"), Tooley will never deal (buying or selling) in any equipment that does not meet his high standards, including any refurbished equipment.

Maria Lopez

Archetype: Lone Star Computer Ops Specialist

Character Contact: Najishi

Physical Description: Slender but tall Hispanic woman with raven black hair and deep brown eyes.

Maria was born and raised in urban Seattle. She grew up in a cop family, where her father, uncle, grandfather, and countless generations prior were members of the police profession. When of age, Maria applied to the Lone Star Officer Training program where she was accepted on reputation alone. Maria discovered she had an ability with computers she never knew about. She quickly joined the matrix division and has been climbing through the ranks quite rapidly. Although fully loyal to Lone Star, she has been known on occasions to contract her abilities out to security professionals for their needs. A friendly and outgoing individual, Maria can be found partying with the best one moment, and on the beat in her virtual world the next.

Richard Grant

Archetype: Yamatetsu VP of Cyberware Marketing and Development

Character Contact: Najishi

Physical Description: Slightly overweight, balding elderly male with flabby jowls.

Richard Grant was formerly President of Tetsu Corporate Import Holdings before its absorption into the Yamatetsu structure under the current reorganization. Grant is a typical corp suit, pulled in as management before he even graduated. After 25 years of stellar service, Grant became president of Yamatetsu's Pacific import/export business based in Seattle. Although currently located in Vladivostok, he travels the Pacific Rim and Western Cost of North America often. Richard is known as a no-nonsense manager with a real ability to bring employees and management a little closer together. While not overly confident, he gives off a distinct feeling of power to those in his presence.

"Frankie"

Archetype: Delta Clinic Street Contact

Character Contact: Najishi

Physical Description: Unknown, but matrix icon is that of a big 'D' with eyes.

Not much is known about Frankie. Nobody has ever seen him on the job in his physical form, as he conducts almost all of his buisness by the Matrix. Frankie is one of the few contacts to the Shadowclincs that deal in Deltaware in Seattle, and guards his secrets quite carefully. As the locations of the clinics change often to prevent detection Frankie is always the middleman to the rest of the running community. A little squirly, and definitely full of himself, Frankie is often difficult to deal with, but unfortunately those that need his services often put up with his oddities.

Lenora Star

Archetype: Pirate Trid Reporter

Character Contact: ?

Physical Description: A drop dead gorgeous 24 year old elven female with deep purple eyes (enhanced) and blue-black hair.

Lenora was born and raised in Boston, UCAS, and is complete with the Boston accent and East cost attitude. About three years ago was being scouted by the many news stations throughout the UCAS after graduating from Harvard. After surviving two kidnap attempts by rival corps, Lenora decided to jump ship and join and independent station in Seattle. Of course, once this happened, the station was immediately bought out by its corporate rivals in an attempt to gain her services. Rather than join the rank and file of the corporate work world, Lenora went underground and joined the Pirate Station: "The People's Trid Report (PTR)." She takes her job very seriously, and is always looking for a story that breaks either a corp or some huge secret in Seattle. Broadcasting in a different place every night, Lenora is often difficult to get a hold of, but she often makes time for her runner contacts (always in the hopes for a story).

"Maddog"

Archetype: "Army Surplus" Store Owner

Character Contact: ?

Physical Description: Maddog is a lanky human male in his middle 30's with brown hair, brown eyes, and a constant set of stubble.

Maddog never graduated from high school, and barely made it out of grade school. He inherited the business from his recently deceased father, and if not for his inherited wealth, he would currently be out on the street with the rest of the squatters. In a maneuver that surprised none, he has made it his goal to arm each and every individual in the Seattle area with surplus arms left from the last decade's desert wars. Accompanying this attitude is a deep rooted hatred of anything new, which Maddog often refers to a "new fangled" and "crap," making Maddog a very poor fixer for new weapon hardware. Maddog speaks in a very gruff, throaty drawl that oozes his southern heritage. When not operating his store, Maddog is down at the local YMCA teaching firearms classes.

Betty "Distributor" Otto

Archetype: Salvage Yard Operator

Character Contact: ?

Physical Description: An attractive and muscular orcish female with long brown hair (in pigtails) and cybereyes with the appearance of targets.

Betty, or Distributor as she insists on being called, is co-owner of "Ron's Junkyard and Salvage Operations." While Ron deals on the strictly legal side of the business, Betty sells to those that don't have the ability or desire to follow legal channels. While Betty still knows the junkyard like the back of her grease stained hand, she also can pull in used, hard to find equipment for security and military grade vehicles through her network of contacts. Betty is well educated, and generally pleasant to deal with, but she doesn't like being asked questions about her life as she tends to separate her shadow life and business life quite clearly. Although an excellent source of vehicle hardware, Distributor doesn't like dealing in any kind of chemicals or substances of that nature. A self proclaimed health nut, she insists that all of it, "will kill ya someday if you're not careful," and often offers vitamin C to all of her clients free of charge.
