Minneapolis/St. Paul
The Bulldogs
Gang Focus:
This gang is comprised entirely of young dwarves that at one
point in their life had the potential to become a great athletes.
Because of this, this gang is comprised of the fastest runners, most
accurate sharpshooters, and biggest football player wannabees. The
Bulldogs were formed very recently, and quickly disposed of another gang,
The Talon's Edge. Surprisingly they have a very good following, and
many young dwarves in the Free Zone try very hard to meet the intense
standards of this gang.
Leader:
Halfback, a male dwarf with bulging muscles leads the gang with an iron
fist. He once had a chance to join the NFL, but was not given permission
to leave the Free Zone. He vowed vengeance on the city and state, and
quickly began to gather others with a similar background. His sheer size
has left him in charge for many years.
Lieutenants: 3
- Artemis, a female dwarf is probably next in charge after Halfback.
She once was an Olympic class biathlete, but was also denied a visa. She
loves her sniper rifle with a passion.
- Diamond Jack, short male dwarf with unprecedented bulk. He could have
been a sumo wrestler, and probably still could be.
- Hat Trick, a female dwarf with a mean street a mile wide. She wanted
desperately to be a hockey player but was told that they "didn't want any
M-Rgirls."
Gang Rating: Superior
Head Count: Approximately 20-30 members
Initiation Rites:
The bulldogs give every initiate a very different test. As the Metrodome
is located within their territory they often perform the initiations
there. Each initiate must survive a more violent version of their sport
(targets shoot back at the sharpshooters, football players face foes with
body spikes, and baseball players use grenades instead of baseballs. If
the initiate survives the test, they become a gang member.
Uniforms:
Each gang member wears the typical clothing of their sport. All of these
uniforms are then colored in dark blue and gray.
Symbols:
The Bulldogs wear the symbol of the Georgetown Hoyas except that it has
been mutilated with a bloody ice pick and many bullets. This symbol is
worn in the typical spot on the uniform. Each gang member is also given a
number for their jersey.
Territory:
The Bulldogs own the other part of downtown Minneapolis. They are
centered around the Metrodome, The eastern boarder is 35W, and the
other borders are the Mississippi River, 5th Ave S. and 94. Because they
are relatively new The Bulldogs have the least amount of territory.
Their HQ is located in the labyrinths of the Metrodome.
Operations:
Most of the inflow of Nuyen is from gambling that they run around the
barrens. Although this brings in a good flow of money, they also enjoy
terrorizing divers on 35W and 94.
Foes:
The most prominent opponent are The Seven, as the Bulldogs are trying to
expand their territory, and this is the easiest method. The Bulldogs
also have decidedly not liked their neighbors to the north, The Razor
Ears, for no reason other than they want more enemies. The Bulldogs have
also claimed the entire city as their enemy, and will fight anybody that
enters the Free Zone.
Uniqueness:
The Bulldogs enjoy nothing more than terrorizing the city that has held
them hostage, including the squatters in that area. Most try to avoid
them.
