Minneapolis Barrens Free Zone Gangs


Once Minneapolis was shut off from the rest of the world by the Charon Device, its organization fell apart. Any infrastructure based services were gone, as was the influx of supplies. Food and clothes were scarse, weapons and other luxuries were even more rare. Yet the people still contained within the zone found a way to survive. There were no scheduled supplies to enter the zone so smuggling became a lucritive pasttime. Bartering for the goods became the only method of payment, as they did not have nuyen for the supplies. From this cesspool of society eight groups began taking control of thier lives, and the lives of others within their territories. Any deals with the outside began to be funneled through these gangs, and their strength in numbers prevented any one person from trying to go around them. The result is the rise of eight major gangs within the cities. These gangs are the government, law, department stores, and only way into the cities.

The Bulldogs: Dwarven, mean, and ready to rock.
The Razor Ears: Elves with an attitude.
The Blue Bloods: Although its red when on the ground.
The Tyr's Right Hand: Don't break the law of the streets.
The Gophers: No, not the college football team.
